Set atop a hill which rises from the sea, the Grand Sea View 2 Complex, finished in July 2007 features a large infinty pool and bar area which boasts 360 degrees of unspoilt views from Yalikavak to Bodrum and across to the Greek island of Kos. Its positioned perfectly just 3Km from Gumusluk, and 4Km from Yalikavak, and the sea is less than 1Km away and in perfect view from the Apartment.

Its a simple 40 Minute drive from Bodrum Airport and enjoys a great position to afford a peaceful holiday with the convenience of two great local towns and all their amenities, with the famous city of Bodrum just 20 minutes drive away, with its beautiful marina and vibrant nightlife.

The local beach club, located 500m from the apartment has sun loungers for hire very cheaply, a beach bar and watersports, which is a good alternative to driving anywhere, and you have beaches located in Gumusluk, Yalikavak, and Turgetreis with great nightlife and shopping.

Diving, Boat trips and many Tours are available from Yalikavak and Bodrum.

Airport Transfers and Car Hire can be organised easily, with drop offs at the apartment or at the airport also available. Car Hire is generally around £15-20 per day, and is recommended - although not essential.

Local Dolmus Bus Services (like a mini bus) run day and night and are VERY cheap, safe, clean and fun – they run in both directions – to Yalikavak or even Bodrum in 45 minutes, this can be very handy if you don’t want to drive in the evenings and is highly recommended. You simply put your arm out when one comes past and it will stop and pick you up.

The Local Shop is about 200M down the hill, which sells all the basic requirements, including beer – and there is a big Supermarket at Yalikavak. You can also buy fresh fish and most provisions at Gumusluk.

Welcome food packages can be prepared for you, and the apartment is always thoroughly cleaned just before all guests arrival.
